Me vs Barclaycard
of my charges to Barclaycard totalling £280.00. I have this morning received a reply saying that £112.00 will be credited to my account next month (based on the difference between the 14 £20 charges I received and the £12 fee recommended by the OFT). Is this their standard reply? Should I push for the rest?
