Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just need to reiterate a few points and need help I don't know wether I am reading forums wrong. I have a Lloyds CREDIT card debt of over £13000 I have had it for about 8yrs I have not used it for over 4yrs. I was paying £38 per month( by debit slip) and have missed the last few payments, due to being away from home seeking work and one thing and another forgot at times.
Lloyds solicitors SCM?? sent a letter dated 15th Feb stating they wanted Full and final settlement which I didnt have and said I had 21 days however 18th Feb I received a yellow peril card that AIC had taken debt thats a bit quick I believe.
I know I have this debt but would like to know how much is
Therefore I have wrote to AIC and asked for CCA etc..
and need to write to LLoyds (need address for SAR)
can you still request this for a credit card??. Am I doing the right thing.
My ideal outcome would be to have a realistic figure and to pay monthly. Do you think this viable I am not disputing I have a debt Just how much. Where do I go from here.
a sort of fire-fighting role here. Hate HFC & their past compulsory PPI ethos

Re: Lloyds Credit Card and AIC
yea sure off you go
reclaim all the unlawful charges & the [mis-sold?] PI, that should bring the balance down.
and dont forget interest at THEIR PURCHASE RATE & the 8% stat, from the date of each charge/PPI payment to the date of your claim.
have a look int he stickies at the top of this forum for Lloyds contact info.
