hi all,i am new to this forum,i have sent the dpa letter to Barclays on the 12,08,06,and received the standard reply on the 16,08,06 about sending me statements in the next few weeks,my question is,
1,do i sit back and wait for the statements to arrive.
hi and welcome,
Firstly have a good look around the site especially FAQ section, By requesting your statements under DPA you are granting them the right to 40 days in which to provide them, so I would suggest that you have set out your stall its a waiting game, and you may be reliant upon that later in court.
cheers, thanks for the reply,i will sit back wait,i think i may be shocked to see how much i have paid in charges over the years, lets hope i can get it back
