Thread: Lloyds TSB Loan CCA

Just received a response from Lloyd's TSB regarding my CCa request. They sent me a copy of the agreement but the last page was missing. They told me that i didn't need that cause it was an electronic signature. Is this true as I doubt it very much?

hi, when did you take out this loan? if this was taken out online then yes .

Surely they would still need to prove you ticked it to make it enforceable, and what logic would there be in not showing a tick?.

Hi, It was taken out online about 3 years ago. I sent them a letter back asking about the last page and they said thats all they've got.

Maybe try posting on the debt collection page, seems much busier over there, not seen much about online applications tbh.
