Thread: M&S Out of Date Seafood

Hi everyone,

I wonder what you think of this situation. I bought an item yesterday from M&S tat was a salmon and prawn bake, got it home and realised that it was out of date by three days!!!

I took it back, and all they wanted to do is refund it and give me one which was identical as a gogw. They didn't have any, so all I could have was a refund. Do you feel this is adequate? (I haven't been to environmental health because I understand that we can all make errors)
