Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Not sure without a little more detail, the creditor can of course omit signatures within a CCA response. Why they bother is beyond me as they'd still need to show the original complete with signature boxes fully executed if they wanted to enforce.
Best bet would be to add some detail:
Creditor?
Card, Loan, HP ?
Date you entered into 'agreement' ?
Does it contain the prescribed terms?
