Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.

he isn't already bankrupt but he is in talks with CCCS they suggested this would be the way to go but need to know what his DLA award would be... he hasn't seen it yet - but they have said they have sent it to A&L. I'll read through that post but does this make a difference?
I sent another lba and he received a cheque for the amount. He is really REALLY pleased. Once again I owe it to you lot who spend a lot of time helping others. Thanks such a relief to get some help
