Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
ok ive decided im going to get my cash back from Capital One.
ive only had my card for about 3 years and the limit is only 500 BUT all the charges ive had from then (usually because my accont is at 500 and they add on there carges then charge me because there charges have made me go FAR over my limit.....
so what the hell right i may aswell give it a go.
i have recently given them £80 to get my balance back to £500, and recieved an email saying my online staement is available which includes a default uughhh, so they have oviously charged me £12 because my interest has taken me over my limit again.
but since my online account is blocked it means i have to wait for my paper statement to arrive
ok i dont have a printer so have to go to the library.
i will be copying the suject access request form (is this right)
and will enclose a cheque for £10
and will be sending it here
