thanxs alot im sick of dealing with a different person every time i go into the bank to get a hold of the fraud team who have been withholding my money for 4 weeks even though i can prove it was me who spent the money,also someone wants to tell the staff there its there job to report the crime of fraud not there customers and that they are not there to tell you how to spend your money or they are not your judge and jury

Does this email work just it ends with cfs.co op first I've heard of that, thought they ended .co.uk.

yes all email contact addresses for any department for co-op bank end like this yes they do work but they dont give you your money back even if you have proofI.E god help you if you have your card cloned because their fraud teams excuse for not giving your money back is that the transactions come back with your name attached to them so you must have made them/its even worse if you playonline bingo basically your misusing your account and have asked for it that is what ive been told by michelle and nicola ward in fraud at co-op bank,i emailed chief ex and got some one else answering his emails who promised to investigate my complaints 3 months later i got no response from excutives....... but fraud stated that the transactions came back with my name attached so you made them no your not getting your money back........PLEASE MR PRIMEMINISTER OR WHOEVER BRING BACK GOVERMENT RULESOVER BANKS BECAUSE THEY ARE TREATING ALL OF US LIKE WE AINT GOT A CLUE AND THEY DO AS THEY LIKE IRRESPECT OF GUIDELINES...... BEARING IN MIND MOST OF THE CO-OPSTAFF DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE REGS ARE MOST OF THEM DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT VISA CHARGEBACK IS AND DONT EVEN HAVE THE FORMS IN BRANCH,SO VISA NEEDS TO SORT THAT OUT WHAT AN ADVERTISMENT THAT IS FOR THEM A CARD THAT CARRIES THERE SIGN BUT YOU DONT GET THERE GUANRANTEES......AND SO MUCH FOR THE CO-OPS GUANRANTEES NOT WORTH THE PAPER THEY ARE WRITTEN ON IF YOU HAVE A CO-OP ACCOUNT GET OUT QUICK BECAUSE THEY WILL TURN ON YOU WHEN THINGS GO WRONG IN FEB I PUT 16,000 INTO THIS BANK BY MARCH IT WAS GONE,AND SO FAR THEY HAVE COST ME£4000 IN COSTS CANCELLING MY DD WITHOUT TELLING ME NO DECISION IN WRITING And shutting my bank account so beware

If they have charged you £4000 in costs on a Visa account then claim it back.

having the same issue with coop regarding dda. overdraft has dropped on the wrong day and the textphone number cannot deal with managed account issues yet theres no textphone for managed accounts. sent 7 faxes all ignored promises by cs to inform managed accounts over and over unactioned I've had No access to any funds for 11 days who do I email? how can they get away with ignoring disabled people even when threatened with the dda?
