    Default does anyone know about unenforeceable credit agreements

    I have been contacted by kerobo claims saying the if i have credit cards/loans dating back before april 04 they may be unenforeceable and I could get them paid off by a government initiative? Is this true?

    It's certainly true that your agreements may be unenforceable but a government initative??? I wish!!
