BALANCE TO FREEZE INTEREST AND CHARGESGood Afternoon.
Your balance with 1monthloan is still outstanding, i am your account manager and will deal with all aspects of your account. Further action will be taken involving an outside collections agency if a repayment plancan not be arranged.
Interest has been added and will continue to be added until a repayment plan is set up at this point the charges on your account can be stopped.
Alternative collection methods will also apply, these do include contacting you through your home and work number, until a repayment plan is set up.
There are two options moving forward to get your account repaid in a way that is convenient for you:
1) Pay a settlement, if a one off payment can be made a settlement can be offered in which you pay just your original loan and interest with none of the added interest or charges THIS OFFER IS ONLY VALID UNTIL 31/03/2010 AND WILL NOT BE OFFERED AGAIN.
IF YOU CAN PAY OVER TWO MONTHS AN ALTERNATIVE SETTLEMENT CAN BE OFFERED REDUCING YOUR CURRENT BALANCE.
2) Create a monthly repayment plan. An agreed amount will be debited per month on an agreed date, your account can then be put on hold so that your balance starts to reduce.
Please be aware until a plan is agreed alternative collection methods will continue and if there is no reply we will try to contact you through your employer, this is in line with the terms and conditionssigned on accepting the loan.
Contact me on 01284 717 820 or via this email address so we can get your balance frozen or even reduced.
