Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Having recently come across Martin Lewis website about P.P.I. miss-selling, I decided to put my claims into M.B.N.A. (1) and R.B.S (3) where P.P.I. had been included without my knowledge,on my credit cards, I also had a card with ALLIANCE & LIECESTER, and was surprised to see no obvious sign of P.P.I. with them.
My question is, if anyone knows, did A & L automatically include P.P.I. like the others or did they only put you on cover by your request.
If I was covered! it must have been hidden.
I can find no info on the matter.

You will need to write to them an request documentation like the original credit agreement in order you can gleen what, if any, kind of PPI was added and the value you need to reclaim.
