Termination of agreement. Funding coporation
I recently rote to the Funding corproation asking for a termination of my hp agreement.
I received confirmation for this this morning saying I have paid over half the amount repayably and that the account is not in arrears.
They have said though that outstanding collection fees on the account must be paid first of 471.00. Are they trying this on or what? Yet in another paragraph in the same letter is says arrears are 0.00
There is no mention of any collection fees in the agreement.
