i have taken credit card companies to court before using this site, but sometimes i can't find the ansers i'm lookin for on here even though i've used this site a lot.
what i'm looking for are the particulars of claim to be used for marbles. there are many offered on this thread which i've used with success before:
i have used many of them in the past, but it is the first time the people i need to claim against are not there. could anyone provide me with some advice please? is there a generic POC we can use? i have been unable to find one.
are there any people who have claimed from credit card providers not on the list? the two weeks limit from my lba expired early last week and i would like to get this court claim started. i would really appreciate any help.
