Morning all - had a delightful letter from Trev advising he has been instructed to prepare a county court Claim.
Having read heavily across this site for a couple of years I have followed the CCA request and default letters route and all DCLs have quickly disappeared.
From what I read this letter is the usual course of events and means little - but am looking for re-assurance in light of Manchester....
