Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I bought my VW Golf from a VW Dealership in January and the dealer told me that it had a full VW Service history and advertised it as that. I have now found out that the first service was done by a local garage by a 'vw specialist' and feel now that they mis-represented the car and that i want a car with full VW service history. I just wanted to know if anyone knows what my rights were on this, as the dealers have apologised and said there has been an error and they are going to call me tomorrow!
I found out due to my car being recovered to a different dealership (DPF ISSUES)lol. I asked for a courtesy car, did not have one...lol. Then the dealership told me VW assist can not issue me with a car as the car has not got a VW service history, which i was none the wiser as i had been told that it did.
At the moment i've not seen the log book yet as it's with them and i need to check this so called VW specialist as it could turn out to be Mickey mouse, an if thats the case i'm gonna ask for my money back.
