Thread: Finally got the funds together for the bankruptcy but

I was under the advice of a free solicitors who hae now closed my account as they have wrote to my creditors and advised them that I am going through bankruptcy, The problem I have is because I am on benefits I need to apply to have the court fee's wavied but not sure how to go about it if I need to collect a form and apply first or take it with my bankruptcy and the rest of my fee on the day or what.

You need form EX106 (ring your local court) and proof of the benefits that you take with you on the day

As i say give the court a ring lots of helpfull people there

Cheers for that so basically I get this form from the court and take it with me on the day completed along with proof of benefits.
