I previously posted a thread in the Lloyds forum, but I now realise that as my bank is in Scotland I shall have to claim through the Scottish Courts. I tried to move my account to my local branch but apparantly they dont move accounts any more.
I am just about to send off my Preliminary Request letter.
If you are domiclied in England you can claim in England- Lloyds certainly have a registered address in England furthermore you have the choice of where to take the matter as a consumer
