hi everyone i had agreements in place for this month i have nearly 15 payday loans stupidly 247 money box debited everyhting i owed them on payday just gone now i dont have a penny to pay rent or any other of the debts this means i will break the agreement i have made i got them all to agree to £10 pound and few mths down the line was just gonna offer them all settlement figures a lot are now threatning court action tooth fairy are saying they can seize goods upto 9 times the value im so scared dont even wanna answer the phone help please
I was in the same situation and am on my way out of it now by paying people back a small amount each month. It is daunting at the beginning but you will get there.
I cancelled my debit card and then wrote letters asking them to accept monthly payments. I am not the best person for advice so I am Bumping your post in the hope that someone else will be better able to help.
It may help if you list the companies as certain people have dealt with certain companies so may be able to help with the best plan of action for each company.
