I had an unpaid direct debiticon applied this morning due to a stading order being returned even though there was money in my account yesterday and I deposited more money again.

Ive only ever gone overdrawn twice since having the bank account. One in november and once now-they refunded novembers charge.

Having spoken to their unhelpful staff at their call centre this morning, apparently theres nothing they can do even though another DD will now come out and push me into the red again because of their charge.



Can someone point me in the direction of a letter I could send?
