Exclamation Misrepresentation - This doc could be useful for claims

    Hi Site Team,

I've got one of those letters Halifaxicon send you when you go over your limit, which states "to cover our costs, we make a charge of £30..." dated 2005. I know Halifax wasn't one of the Banks Bankfodder specifically mentioned, but if this is useful to you, I'd be happy to have it added to the library. If you're interested, can you gie me an email address I can send it to? I've scanned my version but don't want to add it here immediately as it still has my details...

Also can you tell me whether Halifax is one of the Banks that specifically told the court that the charges were part of their core business or can you tell me where I can get hold of the documents and check for myself?

    Best Regards,

    Ebonym

Have flagged this up for the adminicon team who are collating this information. Will get back to you.

2: Take back control of your finances - Debt Diaries

When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition, they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to have happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI Insurance has been sorted. Now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
