Bankfodder, My mum has a joint account a business account and a personal account with Clydesdale with plenty of chargees old and new. I would be very interested in help getting them back. There have been no efforts to start this process yet although we did SAR them for the 2 personal accounts as part of http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ca-please.html

When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
Should you be offered help that requires payment please report it to site team.

Re: Are you owed charges by the Yorkshire bank or Clydesdale?
hi guys
i havnt posted on here for a while as i thought this was all dead and burried (glad you guys are here).
just recieved a letter from Yorkshire Bank basically stating that there has been a test case, what the test case was about, results of test case and then a letter to be signed by myself for a notice of discontinuance.
im obviously not going to sign this but i need to know what or if i should do anything?, im owed around 2.5k and my case was stayed with about 1 week before i was due in court
