    Hello, did the first step and received six years statements from royal Bank of Scotlandicon, i used to get angry when theycharged me twice for the one thing. not having in enough money to pay a direct debiticon then they would pay it then charge me again for being overdrawn it has been a vicious circle.

    Hi and welcome to CAGicon liz,

    You seem like you have done it already but if you haven't have a good read through the FAQ's to familiarise yourself with the procedure.

    When you start your case open a thread in the appropriate forum for your bank and keep us updated with your progress. We can then help you if you run into difficulties.
