Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
BC have failed to supply an executed CCA. They say they have complied and the complaint now with fos.
Mercers wrote to me asking to pay up. I wrote back saying where is the CCA?
Then I receive a letter from BC in reply to my letter to Mercers stating, again, that they believe they have complied with their legal obligations blah blah blah.
I am currently paying Mercers £1 a month, have sent I&E but have not had a formal acceptance of this amount.
Do I keep paying or stop and let this take its course now and see if they can actually produce an executed CCA?
