Thread: Egg Thought I won

At the back end of last year I sent my letter to Egg asking for my charges back, nothing huge about £120, they said no and I sent a letter to the Ombudsman, they folded like a piece of paper Hurray i thought. The date was the 15th of December and they had to pay back within six weeks an awful long time to push a button i thought but never mind. The six weeks came and went i contacted Egg as instructed to do so on my letter from the ombudsman and they said they where very busy but it would be done within two weeks. I contacted them again last week and was fobbed of for another seven days. Im now writing back to the ombudsmans there anything else i can do
