Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Has anyone succesfully reclaimed PPI on a Nationwide loan which was applied for online ( July 2005)? We had a joint loan , both of us are in jobs with good sickness redundancy cover etc but didn't appreciate at the time that this meant PPI was probably not neccesary. As it was an online application and now the loan is finished I can't recall what was on the form and abviously didn't speak to anyone so no convesration to recall. Any advise greatly appreciated.
