Thread: PPI by a broker

Hi
I am trying to claim PPI from Neemo finance to the tune of £2,700 , which was missold on every count
today i recieved a letter from nemo saying that the loan and payment protection insurance was arranged by a broker with neemo finance acting as lender.therefore because loanmakers limited made the arrangemnets, the responsibilty for investigating the complainst rests with them.

they further said that the fsa does not expect us to investigate complaints against third parties but does expect us to identify such complainst and pass them on quickly to the relevant third party for investigation.

they further stated that the brokers have stopped trading and that i should refer the matter to Financial services compensation scheme

WHAT should i do...can Nemo hide under this brokers story.Is there an article of law i can use to get Nemo responsible since i signed a consumer agreement with Nemo and not the brokers .

they sold it, they are responsible for the refund,

and dont forget to charge them 8% stat int from the date of each month you paid the PPI part of your payment, to the date of your claim

Under FSA regs, they are responsible for third parties.

Don't get mucked around. Don't use the fos - use the courts and be quick to use them.
Make sure that they understand that you won't suffer excuses very gladly

Check Their terms & conditions 6.1 I believe.
Have you ever recieved your PPI policy?

I also advise you to look at their Default Notice they sent you in another thread.

whomever sold you the finance IS responsible for the PPI too, its just smokescreen they put up.
