I am trying to claim PPIfrom Neemo finance to the tune of £2,700 , which was missold on every count
today i recieved a letter from nemo saying that the loan and payment protection insurance was arranged by a broker with neemo finance acting as lender.therefore because loanmakers limited made the arrangemnets, the responsibilty for investigating the complainst rests with them.
they further said that the fsa does not expect us to investigate complaints against third parties but does expect us to identify such complainst and pass them on quickly to the relevant third party for investigation.
they further stated that the brokers have stopped trading and that i should refer the matter to Financial services compensation scheme
WHAT should i do...can Nemo hide under this brokers story.Is there an article of law i can use to get Nemo responsible since i signed a consumer agreement with Nemo and not the brokers .
please any help would be appreciated
