over a 6month period i had to take out two small loans £500 for my credit union and £300 from provident.there is no extra interest on the credit union but i will have pay £495 in total to provident.i am i able to claim these back as i had to pay returned dd and charges and a one point i had no money for food becuase of the charges so i got the loans.ive just recieved my AQform and im not sure if i need to but this forward to the court.
