Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Should you wish to make your voice heard and not be dealt with by the same operators who have no interest should you wish to raise a complaint here are some direct numbers.
Chris Pillings Chief Executive 0113 276 6890 call gos to PA
Jason Sharpe Head of Customer Service 0113 236 7070
This works and got a call from the Head of Customer Relations, Robert Kernaghan who was at first very arrogant but once i explained my concerns how customer service had dealt with my complaint and should this not be resolved I would once again call Chris Pillings office the Chief Executive and voice my concerns he then became very friendly and has promised to look into the compliant in more detail and come back to me in two days time. At the end of the call he did stress i was not to call the Chief Executives office again so this proves if you are having a tough time with FD going this route will work for them to look at your complaint in a human way.
Good luck everyone and i will keep you all updated
