We would like to know this too. We would like to see any T&Cs or correspondence in which the NW might have said that their charges were adminicon costs or that they were fair and reasonable

I recently received 2 sets of terms and conditionsicon from both Nationwideicon and Natwesticon.

Even though i specifically asked for the T&C's for the account at the time i opened it they sent up to date ones trying to pass them off as old ones. I know they are upto date ones as there is no mention of the Banking Codeicon etc which was in force back in 2006 and can remember sections referring to the code on the old T&C's.
