Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Sent for CCA for Daughters Next Account. We received a letter explaining they have sent a copy however difficult to read (Totally illegible) but have sent a true copy of the terms and conditions for us to read as this is what it says on the illegible copy of the CCA - CAN THEY DO THIS,
I know theres a letter I can reply with due to CCA being illegible but cant find it anywhere on here....dont want to start quoting wrong sections of Cedit Act 1974 which I have done recently with coping a letter and quoting wrong sections (my own stupidity I should have checked) and got fired down by creditor.
This is what we have received from NEXT for CCA request:
PLease can anybody help me to what step I take regarding illegible CCA for my Daughters Next Account they are saying its enforceable and are going to court, but if we cant read the above CCA how the hell can they take me to court or do you think the one they have sent us is illegible but the copy they have is okay......how would we stand in court then.
