Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Ive just checked my current account and found that Lloyds have repaid £1206.19 into my account, this means they have also paid my payments for the last three months (which I was unable to pay because of unemployement) this is a grand tortal of £3126.19 won back from them.
just shows you should never give up. Thanks to all who helped.
Sorry, I should have explained it a bit better, I won a case of miss sold PPI, the conditions set by Lloyds were that any missed payments must be met by the award with any remaining monies being paid into my current account. I have been told that I could have had the remaining money paid into a nominated account of my choosing, however I chose to try and pay off some of my overdraft with it. hope this helps
