Thread: Capital One and Me

Just wanted to start a beginning to end record of my dealings with Capital One as I believe that most of what I pay them is in interest and default fees and I'm sick of it.

i couldnt tell you, off the top of my head.

i did do the whole 'threaten to take them to court' thing a couple of years ago and got everything i went for - i don't know if i've got the wrong end of the stick but i was focussed on this unsigned contract thing i've just got into with a couple of catalogues and a debt collector for a gym (Harlands).

funny, wasn't even thinking of all the charges!
