a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Thought I would let you know that I have rec my statements but please check yours as when checking mine found that they had made mistakes.
e.g
1 included the same charge twice.
2 not encluded all the statements as requested, only sent statement of charges for the last 5 years
3 Did not send the full statements only a list of dates and charges over 5 years
My claim is now about 3,000, so make sure you double check the figures before sending your claim in.
