Hi all,
I have been contacted Blair, Oliver & Scott on behalf of RBSrequesting payment for a credit card aprox £6,000.
Around May last year I contacted RBS re a CCA and got no agreement from them. Unfortunately I cannot locate me initial requests which was sent recorded delivery, they should be here somewhere!
Anyway, in the letter they are doing the usual Notice of Intended Court Action so naturally I would like to reply.
I assume a CPR request is appropiate at this stage asking them to produce all documents relating to this case to see what they have. Is that correct?
And if so can someone point me in the direction of a letter template.
Many thanks for any help.
