Default Hi, a little help please?

Hi, this question is pasted from my other thread aout HSBCicon. I have received a letter eventually, stating that HSBC no longer have a credit card agreement. If anyone can help me with the following I'd be grateful! thanks

would I be able to reopen my PPIicon miselling case as they have now admitted to not having the agreement? (I was originally asking for my agreement for this reason) as the fosicon said it was too late to reclaim the PPI as it has been over 6 months since the banks "final position on the matter" letter was received. I wasnt aware at the time that there was a time limit. Thanks for all your help.

I would call the FOS again and explain exactly what you have posted here and ask for further advice.

    PPI Successes
PPI 4 settlements on 9 loans. FOS involvement on 7 added on the 8 % Statutory interest another 30% to both.

Cap one Now with the FOS
Barclays. Paid up today 24/04/10 cheque received for over £4,500 and in the bank.
LTSB still have to decide on this as their SAR production was abysmal. Papers data mixed up documents missing etc

1 Complaint not upheld by FOS they said it was ICO issue. Complaint upheld by ICO. See this..

Please do not PM me for advice as it may be sometime before I can respond.

Keep at them. Do not give way and do not accept all they tell you, they will delay and stall for as long as they can to prevent repaying you your mis-sold PPI.
