hi everyone, i was wondering if i could draw on your wonderful advice please, i have sent my request for my cca, and the deadline is tomm from when they signed for it, if i don't recived it in the post tomm, do i send welcome the 'account in dispute letter' and stop paying until they send me my agreement, any help would be appreciated many thanks
Yes defo Shopkeeper, I would also advise you to save up the payments though. send recorded delivery again.

just a quick update on where do i go from here??? i sent the account in dispute letter and have heard nothing at all, no arrears calls, no letters, nothing, i am feeling slightly apprehensive about this and wondered if any one else has had this??? i have checked my credit file and they have updated it on 28/02/10 with 2 missed payments, these are because of the dispute, any ideas where to go from here????
i have been saving the money up just in case, any help would be appreciated many thanks, its not even that i don't want to pay off what i owe, i just don't want to pay their ludicrous charges, that they make up whenever it suits them!
