Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Sorry I am very very stressed at mo and cant think where to post this.My partner had a contract phone with t-mobile back in 2008 and then gave the sim card of the phone to her ex husband in Nov 2008.They split up and he never paid the bill since he left the house. She got left with all the debt at this house and has been paying it off since April 2009 but now today we find out through the debt recovery agency that t-mobile are still adding on money to the debt. She thought she had nearly paid off the bill also!!It seems that the contract is still open with t-mobile,god knows how!
I cant seem to find an address to write to other then customer services.they must have her account details for this address. She no longer has the mobile phone number or any letter pertaining to this account.I need to find accounts or t-mobile complaints but their website makes it so difficult and all they are interested in is sales anyhow!!! This is so frustrating,we need this contract closed once and for all.We thought it already had been as the bill had gone to a debt recovery agency last year and we thought the debt was static!!
Re: t-mobie...how do i contact their accounts dept?
yeah but it just seems to be for sales only,no customer service or accounts depts.T-mobile seem to have made ot as hard as possible to speak to an actual voice....just like all the other organisations and companies have.I tear my hair out!!!
