Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
It has recently come to my attntion that i should be able to claim back my mis sold Payment Protection Insurance. I have been reading through numerous posts and just feel i need to clarify some things befor i do anything.
1. I'm assuming my first step is to submit a Subject access request to Barclays/Barclaycard, do I need to pay the £10 fee to do this and if so who do i make it payable to.
2. Who do i submit the request to, i.e which address within barclays so i send it to.
This is just to start with and I apologis if i seem a complete novice with this it is simply to clarify what i already think i should do.
