    Unhappy So How do we go ahead now?????

    Hi all,

    Having applied to Nationwideicon and being put on a list for considered refund action (way before the banks win in Nov) - I am wondering exactly how to proceed?


    If I am to start an action against the bank what are the considered steps available to me?

    The site has lots and lots of info but are the steps still current or are they a waste of time / money?

    Please help!

    We are just waiting for the new templates to be published so we can all resume our claims. The wording needs to be changed from our original claims.
    Just keep checking on here for them as hopefully they should be here in a week or so

    The Govan Law Centre already have a new template published - I think the CAGicon team has been delayed because they are trying to make a much more individual argument regarding CCA suitable for universal application. The demonstration of unfairness using the new proposed legislation can be very different.

    Don't underestimate the task of having to create a sound new template for everyone to use.
