Ive had froud transaction on my debit card, so the best way will go to branch an block my card and lodge complaint, i thought. Well, it was on thu (26.01.2010) when bank staff told me: "...everything is done, card is blocked, you will get new one by post (3 working days)...." Ive back home and today (29.01.2010) i found another froud transaction! this time i called them and ask: if my card was blocked how it possible to take any money or make transaction on this card? card was not blocked!, no information at the bank system! and i could not make any compalint about that what was happend in the branch. How can find my rights? How can i complaint and get my money back? Im not teenager but that how this bank treats the custumer is unbelievable......HELP !:?
