Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
had a loan from them very helpful in every way , but had the sense to take out insurance or at least i thought it was ,was paying them no problem until i stumbled across a statement from them ,it turns out the amount i had borrowed was nt going down at all , and then i lost my job probably been heard and said before,so now we make a claim as i pay for that (dont i) so we go through all the their wonderful process only to be told you dont qualify in their eyes , so what am i actually paying for prey tell ,after being told that well i did lose it somewhat , and now they hound me day after day HELP!

oh that scenario! my god you would have thought that i had commited a crime, you now murder or something , because according to what they say i put myself out of work when i clearly was laid off for economic reasons ,as i was told by the regional manager that i was too expensive for the company at that time , needless to say it was a bit of a shock for to take initially , but worse was to come with Lloyods and co
i have already tried mitigation with these people but the person on the other end of the phone was quite adamant about it ,he was not moving from the
the outcome no matter what ! and against those kind of odds its quite a
difficult task to be heard ,that s why i am at odds with Lloyds because we can t get any kind of communication going and all the while i am still paying at a reduced rate for obvious reasons ,enough to make your head spin ,but one thing is clear dare i say it never again with these people,i will wait and pay cash in future ,oh and yes i will try writing the next episode ,and see what i get back should be entertaining, i cant wait !
thanks steve
sorry if i sound a bit cynical but it really gets to me
well,
here we go now the harrasing starts phone calls texts i ll give them that they are bloody persistant but i will soldier on , i have to complain about these people somehow any ideas !
I would start with the Financial Ombudsman Service
Also send them a letter stating corrospondence in writing only. telephone calls will be classed as harrassment. There is a template letter in the template section.
yeh thanks for that i have now contacted the financial Ombudsman , and gave them all the details , so lets see what comes from this approach ,phoned tsb for some details regarding my claim, and spoke to someone , and i use this term lightly , i never spoken to a person so ignorant, and eating their lunch i assume while dealing with enquiries, my god where do they drag these people from ! (to be continued)
thanks steve
