Has anyone got any bona fide t&c's from 1994?

The T&C's that they reckon are on the rear of the application form they've sent to me refer to PIN numbers.

Weren't these only introduced to coincide with the chips on the card- for 'chip & pin?'. They certainly weren't doing that in 1994!
