Woolwich Questionaare - is this new?
I recieved a response from my LPA today. It ended asking my to call, quoting a reference number, (if willing) to take a 2 minute questionaare? is this normal or a new tactic?
Proberbly, and i wouldnt call to answer it....im surprised it isnt one of those premium rate numbers which you have to call at about £1.50 a minute for them to try and make back some of the money they are losing out on now lmao
Where were they when we tried to call to ask for back up or help or a temp overdraft just to help get by for a couple of months.......their answer was BOG OFF.
The 2 minute questionnaire doesnt relate to your claim, its proberbly just an idea from the marketing department, some men in suits had in a morning meeting when they were arguing over the last of the custard creams to dunk in their coffee.

I'm sure they'd scoff at the idea of custard creams, they probably only devour caviar off platinum and diamond encrusted platters and then wipe thier mouths on gold leaf napkins LOL!
I wouldn't dreeeaaam of ringing the number! - aiding them in thier understanding of public consensus! I THINK NOT.
