    Default Help calculating the correct interest

    Hi, Can someone please advise how much interesticon I can request back on a misold PPIicon that I am trying to reclaim.
    The original amount of PPI that was added to the loan was £1762.50 on 04/02/2004. I then cancelled it on 05/04/2004 and was given a rebate of £1494.32.
    Therefore, I will be trying to claim back the £268.18 difference. Would the interest amount be £128.70?

    I used the calculator at www.bllaw.co.uk and made it £124.79 based on 8% simple interesticon on £268.18 from 5/4/04 to today.
