Hi, I went £5 overdrawn on my bank account and Abbey charged me an immediate £10 charge and has been charging me £25 a month it is now at £170 and debt collectors are ringing me saying they are going to sue they also said the other day when they rang that they were going to charge me and extra £120 in court fees if i didn't pay by later in the day. i find this completely stupid as i only was £5 overdrawn to begin with. Do they even have a case against me?
