Thread: Mum Needs help with TSB

My mum decided to look into her PPI , because she had heard it might be possible to claim it back .
She had a loan over 6 years , she has only got a year left and never missed a payment .
We told her to start from the beginning and sent a pound postal order and CCA request , 12 days ago . Today she received a letter from Lloyds thanking her for the payment of a pound towards her loan account and if there was any queries ,not to hesitate to contact them . This is not what she requested , and we specified on the cca request that the pound postal order was only to be used for the cca fee . Can anybody Help as she is not sure where she stands with the 14 days til dispute .

just to let everyone out there know,we had a bit of an ongoing battle with tsb over the last month, not to bore you with too much details. but needless to say lets chalk another win for caggers everywhere. with the info and advise on this site, today my mother received an offer of over 3,000 with 8% interest whooooohoooo. thankyou everyone, a donation will be given as soon as she receives her money xxx
