Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Few days ago my friend in UK got a call from allied international credit , and they were trying to reach me even though i am not living in UK any longer. I have moved back to Germany 2 years ago and I am not coming back. I suspect that I did some overdraft when taking money on the airport and during those 2 years a percentage has grown so they gave the case to AIC. The problem is, that I don't have an internet account to check my balance or even my card (it was 2 years ago and I completely forget about UK). TSB don't want speak with my friend who is staying in UK. AIC has only my Germany phone number but haven't called yet. So far they were only rude to my friend, but not threaten him. Do you think they are possible to trace me?
