Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have had an Egg loan since 2004 and have an agreement which I did sign and only just realised I have PPI which I know I did not agree to, but also I had a credit card with them and the amount owing to the card was transfered to the loan, this was done over the phone and there was no written agreement. Also they said they would transfer the whole amount over to the loan but im still paying off some of the card amount. They are difficult to talk to and was wondering what I can do about getting back ppi and also seeing if the loan is still enforceable seeing that the loan amount had changed.
