Got myself in to a mess last year, £39000 of debt. Payplan put me onto a debt managmnt plan which was a great relief. Then a few months later decided to give up my car which was used as a taxi, as payments were too high. Payplan added this on to my debt. But the company who are chasing me are called Tenon , are not accepting their offer so far. They are sending me letters, threatening bankruptcy. They seem to be the only company who are not cooperating ! Live in Scotland i have equity in my house. I owe Tenon £7500. Any advice anybody !
